- INFORMATION ABOUT US
www.spacefinder.co.uk is a site operated by or on behalf of Spacefinder.co.uk Limited ("We"). We are a limited company registered in England under company number 06789584 and our trading address and registered office is at 29 Moore Close, Dartford, Kent DA2 6NN. Our VAT number is 971 1940 14.
- THE SERVICES
- Our Website enables you to search for and compare storage space (including by price and location) provided by our suppliers. Once you have found the storage space you would like, you can book this directly with our suppliers through our Website or via our call centre, subject to your agreement with our suppliers' terms and conditions. You can also manage your booking through us. In all cases, as explained at clause 10 below, your contract is with the supplier directly and not with us.
- From time to time you may also be able to book van hire, purchase storage boxes or other packing materials and insurance for the belongings you wish to store through our Website or call centre. In all cases these products and services are provided by our suppliers.
- The results of searches for storage services which you may carry out on our Website are not exhaustive. We are only able to provide the services described in this section in relation to suppliers with whom we have an agreement.
- ACCESSING AND CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE
- We aim to provide you with up-to-date information and data concerning the availability, description and price of any products and services offered by our suppliers and made available to you through our Website. However, as this information and data is provided to us directly by our suppliers, we are unable to guarantee that it is fully accurate.
- Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they are drawn to our attention (and shall procure that our suppliers do likewise) we do not warrant that the content of the Website will be free from errors or omissions and we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or mistakes in any content on the Website.
- If the need arises, we may suspend access to our Website, or close it indefinitely. We also reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services we provide on our Website. Our suppliers may also withdraw or amend the products or services offered on the Website without notice. We may change the content on the Website at any time. We therefore reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. All such changes will take effect once they have been posted on the Website and you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes by your use of the Website or the Services from time to time. We will not be liable if for any reason our Website or the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

- If you wish to book any storage services or other products or services advertised on our Website, you will be required to set up an account on the Website or via our call centre.. If you choose, or you are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any username or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Website, and in the content published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
- You must not use any part of the content on our Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

- any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our Website or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our Website, any Websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

- loss of business;
- loss of profits or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of data;
- loss of goodwill; or
- wasted management or office time; and

- We accept bookings through the Website as agents on behalf of our third party suppliers.
- All bookings taken through our Website or our call centre will create a contract between you and a supplier. The contracts are governed by our suppliers' terms and conditions of supply, which are made available to you and which you should carefully review before making a booking.
- We will not be party to any booking or contract with a supplier that you may enter into through our Website or the call centre and we have no liability in respect of the products or services provided by our suppliers. You agree that you will not involve us in any dispute between you and a supplier or any other third party.
- Our inclusion of our suppliers' products and services in the content on the Website does not imply any endorsement of any of our suppliers' products or services or of the suppliers themselves.
- USER REVIEWS
- From time to time we may allow you post or upload reviews of the storage services provided by our suppliers and read other users' reviews on our Website ("User Content"). Where we permit you to do this, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy set out at Appendix 1 below. You warrant that any such User Content does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
- Any User Content you post or upload to our Website will be considered non-confidential and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and on-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display such User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology no known or later developed.
