- Customers search the site based on the location they are looking for

- The customer reserves their storage room
- Confirmation emails are sent to you and your customer
- The customer pays their deposit and makes payments direct to you
- SpaceFinder submits itemised invoices for agreed commission showing all customer bookings by store.
- The contract, and the relationship remain between you and the customer.

Commission Rates
Commission rates average 17.5% in the first year for customers that book your storage through SpaceFinder. This is made up of a tiered commission of 25% in the first 6 months and 10 % thereafter.
To make things simple we will work with you to establish the most effective way of uploading excess rooms to our website, whether this is an automatic link to your management software or a simple form upload.
